All Services – Important!
A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in your deposit being forfeited, at my discretion.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require 100% of the remaining balance to be paid.
Please message me as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your service. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining balance must be paid before rebooking.
If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, your appointment and deposit will be carried across to the next earliest slot available.
If you or anyone in your household has experienced a sickness bug within 48 hours of your appointment, you must inform me so your appointment can be rescheduled.

Nail Treatments
I only remove my own work. If this policy is not followed, your appointment will be cancelled.
For builder gel and gel services, clients must be aged 16 or over for insurance purposes.
For classic manicures, clients aged 7–15 years must have parental consent, and a parent or guardian must be present throughout the service.
For your safety, I may refuse treatment if your nails show signs of infection, severe damage or any condition that may be worsened by the service.
Infills are carried out within 2-4 weeks of your previous appointment. If booked outside of this timeline, I reserve the right to refuse the service depending on the condition of your nails.

Massage Therapy
For your safety, I do not treat clients under the age of 18 or those who are pregnant.
Massage therapy is provided for stress reduction, relief of muscular tension or spasms, and to improve circulation.
I do not diagnose illness, disease or any physical or mental disorder. I do not prescribe medical treatment or perform spinal manipulation.

Eyebrow & Eyelash Tinting
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first tint appointment, or if you have not had a tint with me within the last 6 months. I cannot carry out your treatment without a valid patch test.
If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before your lash tint appointment and bring a case to store them safely during your treatment.
To help achieve the best possible results, please avoid applying fake tan to your face, using retinol or exfoliating skincare, waxing or threading your brows, and having facial treatments, chemical peels or excessive sun exposure for at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please also arrive with clean lashes and brows, free from makeup, mascara and oil-based products.
Tint results vary from person to person depending on your natural hair colour, skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. While every effort is made to achieve your desired result, longevity cannot be guaranteed.
For your safety, I reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if I believe it is not suitable to proceed on the day of your appointment. This includes if there are signs of irritation, infection or any contraindications that may affect the treatment or your safety.
Tinting is often restricted for clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding or have severe eye sensitivity.
You must also be over the age of 16.
Booking an appointment means you’re happy with the above. Anything you’re unsure about, just ask me - I’d always rather you did.
